The Botanic
Gardens will be open as part of the National
Gardens Scheme on the 12th September 2010 and
there will be lots to see and tours of the
garden. The Patchwork & Quilting exhibition
has been scheduled to coincide with this and
will include work from the City & Guilds
courses, and the Beginner, Intermediate &
Advanced Leisure classes
As this is a charitable scheme the entry fee
for the Botanic Gardens for the day will be
£4.50 for adults (children free), this includes
entry to see the exhibition. There will be
refreshments available in The Holmes Tea Room
and the P&Q exhibition is also in The Holmes
(to the left as you enter).
The small car park has space for disabled
drivers but to ease congestion, it would be
better if all other visitors parked on Stoke
Park Rd where there is plenty of parking space
available.
Look forward to seeing
you!
