Patchwork & Quilting for Beginners Updated for 2025-2026
Discover the pleasure of cutting up fabric and sewing it back together again, we have a lot of fun! Patchwork & Quilting is a wonderfully creative craft and this course covers a wide variety of popular techniques using both hand and machine methods. It’s designed to teach skills progressively to build up knowledge and experience, and is suitable for absolute beginners. The techniques you learn and the samples you make can be put together to make a sampler quilt in your own choice of colour, size and style, so your quilt is original, personal and unique to you. There are lots of examples on the website under Galleries, made by people with no previous experience!. This course will run monthly on Saturdays for 10 months from September to beginning of June.
